100% Savagnin Rose, a variety that is even more aromatic than its big brother, Savagnin Blanc. Old vines grown organically and planted on marl and limestone soils. This cuvée is produced thanks to grapes purchased from winegrowers who share the same values. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in old demi-muids for over three years. Without fining, without filtration, no added sulfites. One year of bottle aging in the Ganevat cellars.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
