Blend: 1/3 Grolleau Gris, 1/3 Chenin, and 1/3 Cabernet Franc, from organically farmed vines and hand-harvested at peak ripeness, which means thhat they were harvested on different dates. Natural winemaking: direct pressing, separate vinification of the three grape varieties, and blending after alcoholic fermentation. The cuvée is composed of 90% from the 2023 vintage and 10% from 2024, with the 2024 juice added after fermentation. Bottled in March 2025, without fining or filtration, with only a micro-dose of sulfur (14 mg/l of total SO2).

Sophie and Clément Maire-Kurdziel, just in their early forties, are respectively from Moselle and Aveyron in France, and met at the university in Montpellier. Both became oenologists, they worked for large Estates in France and abroad, before returning to the Loire Valley.
