100% Chenin from 80- to 90-year-old vines farmed biodynamically on flinty clay soils over tufa stone. The wine is a blend of selected barrels from 6 parcels spread over 1.8 hectare in the communes of Marçon and Dissay-sous-Courcillon. Harvesting is done by hand with crates. Bottled in April 2024.
