Le Genouillet - 2020 - Les Cailloux du Paradis
Claude Courtois
A wonderful discovery of this variety, revealed through the magic of Courtois! Notes of strawberry, a hint of smoke, long pepper, and blackcurrant bud… The palate is subtly floral yet built on a solid structure. Crafted to age beautifully.
