An equal blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot from organically farmed vines planted on a single terroir. Hand-harvested and transported to the Micro Winerie for natural vinification. Direct pressing, followed by fermentation and 6 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks at the Darwin cellar — that well-known creative and eco-conscious hub! Bottled without fining or filtration, with only a micro-dose of sulphur.
