100% Romorantin. The parcel is surrounded by fruit trees, creating a beautiful ecosystem where wild grasses are allowed to grow freely. Does that get your imagination working? The vines are cultivated with the least intervention possible; vine treatments are made from nettle, horsetail, flowers of sulphur and micro doses of Bordeaux mixture. Low yields, direct pressing, 40 months in barrels, no new oak. Neither fined nor filtered, and without added sulphites.
