La Maison des Ardoisières is Brice's negociant business. The grapes are organic or in the process of being certified organic, and bought to winegrowers who share the same values, and whose vines are harvested manually by Brice and his team. This cuvée is a blend of 39% Pinot Noir, 38% Gamay, and 23% Mondeuse, from west- and south-facing slopes, on clay-limestone scree. Fully destemmed, short maceration, and aged for 7 months in tanks. Just a micro-dose of sulfur at bottling.
