Silice - 2024 - Maison des Ardoisières
Brice Omont

La Maison des Ardoisières is Brice's negociant business. The grapes are organic or in the process of being certified organic, and bought to winegrowers who share the same values, and whose vines are harvested manually by Brice and his team. 100% Jacquère from old vines planted on hills, on clay-limestone scree soils, facing East and West. Natural vinification: direct pressing of the whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, 7 months of aging in vats. Bottled with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
