Wine of pleasure and friends, the very definition of a “spring wine”: fresh, crisp fruit, thirst-quenching, on notes of raspberry and redcurrant, with a floral touch. Supple palate, almost without tannins, super fresh. The perfect bottle to pop open at budburst — a nod to its name!

Third vintage for this cuvée produced from 100% Syrah for the 2024. The vines are farmed organically and planted on clay-limestone soils. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
