The first primeur from Barouillet, a blend of Malbec, Merlot, Sauvignon Rose, and Sémillon from organically farmed vines. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified, as its name suggests, Toutankharbo = sounds like "tout en carbo” in French, meaning "all in carbonic" ! All the grape varieties undergo carbonic maceration separately, with whole bunches. Pressing, blending of the juices, very short aging in vats, it's a primeur wine! Bottled mid-October 2025 at Barouillet, without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
