Vin Blanc Nouveau - 2025 - SARL Le Clos du Tue-Bœuf
Thierry Puzelat
A Sauvignon primeur (a young wine from the freshly fermented juice of the recent harvest), wow is this sexy stuff! A nose of citrus, pear, white flowers. Fluid and ultra smooth – beware this bottle goes down way too quickly!

Natural winemaking: direct pressing, light settling, short ageing in tanks for two months – it’s a primeur! Bottled on October 29th, 2025, without fining or filtration, and with only a minimal dose of sulphur.
