Blend: 70% Muscat (complantation of Muscat d'Alsace, Muscat Ottonel, and Muscat Petits Grains, from 60-year-old vines) and Gewurztraminer (30 years old), with 30% Sylvaner (60 years old) from organically farmed vines; this cuvée is produced thanks to purchased grapes.
