Les Sarments - 2022 - Pauline et Édouard Cazals

Les Longues Vignes

This is the base of the Siéversii cider, to which the winemakers have added around 15% of the estate's Chardonnay and Grolleau juice at the end of its fermentation. Natural startinng of fermentation, bottled early February 2023, three months on laths, disgorged early June. Unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulfur coming from the grape juice.
