100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines, planted in Grand Cru on brown soils with the presence of limestone stones and flint, at an altitude of 277 to 281 meters on this parcel located in the southwest of Clos de Vougeot. South-east exposure. Harvested by hand. Vinification: very little destemming, indigenous yeasts, two weeks of maceration with a few punch-downs at the beginning of fermentation, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, ageing in barrels for 14 to 18 months with a significant proportion of new oak.
