100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines, planted on 6 parcels at the foot of the slope to the east of the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, for a total of 2 ha 91 ares, oriented from northeast to full south, with soils rich in silt and the presence of Comblanchien limestone pebbles. Hand harvest. Vinification: very little destemming, indigenous yeasts, two weeks of maceration with a few punch-downs at the beginning of fermentation, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, barrel ageing for 14 to 18 months in French oak barrels.

Jeremy Seysses, accompanied by his wife Diana and his brother Alec, is in charge of vinification at Domaine Dujac, where he joined his parents in 1998. The estate was founded by his father Jacques Seysses in 1968 when he acquired Domaine Graillet in Morey-Saint-Denis, renaming it Domaine Dujac (a contraction of "du Jacques").
