100% Chardonnay from organically farmed vines planted on the Premier Cru Les Monts Luisants, located to the northeast of the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, with a steep slope of 24%, altitude between 311 and 343 meters, and soils 60 to 80 cm deep with limestone gravel in a sandy-silty terrain. Eastern exposure. Hand harvest, direct pressing in a pneumatic press, barrel fermentation and ageing with a significant proportion of new oak, for 18 months.

Jeremy Seysses, accompanied by his wife Diana and his brother Alec, is in charge of vinification at Domaine Dujac, where he joined his parents in 1998. The estate was founded by his father Jacques Seysses in 1968 when he acquired Domaine Graillet in Morey-Saint-Denis, renaming it Domaine Dujac (a contraction of "du Jacques").
