100% Chardonnay from organically farmed vines planted on a Premier Cru parcel located on the western slope of Puligny-Montrachet, between 250 and 273 meters of altitude, with soils 40 to 60 cm deep, brown-red in color and rich in white limestone stones. South-east exposure. Hand harvest, direct pressing in a pneumatic press, barrel fermentation and ageing with a significant proportion of new oak, for 18 months.
