Jeremy Seysses

100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines, planted in Premier Cru on a parcel southwest of the village of Vosne-Romanée, with a total surface of 1 ha 56 ares, at an altitude of 247 to 278 meters. Vinification: very little destemming, indigenous yeasts, two weeks of maceration with a few punch-downs at the beginning of fermentation, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, barrel ageing for 14 to 18 months with a significant proportion of new oak.
