100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, farmed organically and classified under the Côtes d'Auxerre appellation. Hand-harvested on September 16, 2023, into 20kg crates. Natural vinification: 70% whole bunch, 30% destemmed, 18 days of maceration, gentle pressing, and 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at the estate on March 21, 2024, with no added sulfites and a total SO2 below 10 mg/l.
