Marsannay "La Montagne" - 2023 - Sylvain Pataille
Domaine Sylvain Pataille
This is one "Montagne" that you’ll have no trouble climbing, so charming is its nose, showing great freshness, and notes of red fruit, plum, black cherry, long pepper, and a hint of wood. The palate is luscious and velvety, with supple and perfectly integrated tannins, which compliment the wine’s lovely volume.

Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and just a microdose of sulphur.
