100% Chardonnay from organically farmed vines planted on limestone and marl soils, in the “La Barre Dessus” climat, located just outside the walled Clos de La Barre (a monopole of Domaine des Comtes Lafon). Manual harvest, natural vinification: direct press, aged in concrete eggs. Bottled at the Domaine of Laure and Fred Cossard in Saint-Romain, with no fining, no filtration, and no added sulfites.
