Bedeau - 2021 - Frédéric Cossard
Domaine de Chassorney
A very natural nose, refined and delicate, balanced and fiendishly seductive. Once again, an extremely drinkable wine, a purée of red fruits and crisp Pinot Noir grapes... A beautiful starting point to discover or rediscover the Cossard style.

“Bedeau”, French for ‘beadle’ or ‘verger’, can be defined as a ceremonial officer who accompanied the priest. The vines are 40 years old, 80% from the commune of Volnay and the rest from Corpeau.
