Bedeau - 2020 - Frédéric Cossard

Domaine de Chassorney

This Pinot Noir is vinified with whole bunches, maceration 3 to 4 weeks, maturation 12 months in egg-shaped concrete vats. Neither fined nor filtered, zero sulphur added.
