100% Pinot Noir, a cuvée made from grapes purchased from organic growers. Unfortunately, we can’t tell you where exactly, since it’s a “Vin de France,” but we can tell you it’s not in Burgundy… though it’s not too far away either! The grapes were harvested by hand. Natural vinification at the cellar of Laure and Fred Cossard : whole-cluster maceration for about three weeks, aged for 12 months in egg-shaped concrete vats. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
