100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in the Clos Genet climat, located west of the main village of Santenay-le-Bas, on marl-limestone soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: gentle whole-cluster maceration, soft pressing, aged in concrete eggs. Bottled at the Domaine of Laure and Fred Cossard in Saint-Romain, without fining, filtration, or added sulphites.
