Champagne Eugène - Cédric Moussé
Champagne Moussé
Notes of apple tart, wild raspberry, almond, with a beautiful minerality already noticeable on the nose. On the palate: fine, firm bubbles, a taut Champagne with strong character and a lively, fresh finish. Beautiful value for money. A tribute to Eugène Moussé, founder of the Maison.

Blend of 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, this is a perpetual cuvée crafted from reserve wines dating from 2003 to 2022, refreshed each year with 50% of the latest harvest. The vines are planted predominantly (90%) on green clay over limestone marl soils in the villages of Cuisles, Jonquery, and Châtillon-sur-Marne. Manual harvest, pressing, aging on lees, tirage, and extended bottle aging on laths until disgorgement on November 7, 2024. No dosage, with only a minimal addition of sulfur (11 mg/L) — a mine-sourced sulfur handcrafted by Cédric.
