80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, this is a perpetual cuvée built from reserve wines spanning 2003 to 2019, topped up each year with 50% of the latest harvest. Vines planted mostly (90%) on green clays over chalky marl, across the villages of Cuisles, Jonquery, and Châtillon-sur-Marne. Undosed, with just a touch of sulfur (19 mg/l total) — mine-derived sulfur, handmade by Cédric himself.
