Champagne Réservée Blanc de Blancs - Vincent Assailly
Champagne Assailly
Wide-open nose of bergamot, stone fruits, and toasted baguette, like a summer breeze… Palate: quick, fine bubbles, soft and seamless texture, lifted by a lovely acidity. Notes of mirabelle plum, Reine Claude, and a touch of bitter almond. Fresh, zesty, and long finish.
