A vintage Champagne, though not officially claimed as such, produced from the 2021 harvest. 100% Chardonnay from old vines averaging 50 years of age, planted in the Cirque de Festigny on clay-limestone and sandy-siliceous soils. Hand-harvested using clayettes, the grapes are kept perfectly preserved in a refrigerated container. Direct pressing, followed by vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with just a micro-dose of mineral sulfur. Bottled and aged for 24 months on slats. Dosage of 1 gram per liter; this is an extra-brut.
