CPTS stands for “Ça Passe Tout Seul!” The perfect Champagne for an aperitif—fresh and briny, with a broad, mouth-watering attack featuring notes of red berries enhanced by a hint of toast and fine effervescence. The finish is long, with a lovely note of lemon zest.

75% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir, from vines averaging 50 years old, planted in the Cirque de Festigny on clay-limestone and sandy-siliceous soils. Hand-harvested using clayettes; the grapes are fully preserved thanks to a refrigerated container. Direct pressing, vinification in vats, with no additives except for a micro-dose of mineral sulfur. Based on the 2023 vintage, with 30% of the perpetual reserve dating back to 2006. Bottled and aged for 24 months on slats. Dosage of 3 grams per liter; this is an extra-brut.
