100% Pinot Meunier from old vines averaging 50 years old, planted in the Cirque de Festigny on clay-loam and limestone soils. Based on the 2019 vintage, this marks the Boonen family’s 110th harvest! The grapes are hand-harvested into clayettes and kept perfectly preserved in a refrigerated container. Direct pressing, vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with no additives except for a micro-dose of mineral sulfur. Bottled and aged for 24 months on slats. Dosage of 2.5 grams per liter, this is an extra-brut.
