Not varietal in the least, this Sauvignon charms with its clean, direct nose of grapefruit and white flowers. The palate follows through in harmony: light volume, supple texture, well-judged acidity, and a precise, tense, mineral-driven finish.

100% Sauvignon from organically farmed vines planted on parcels with clay-limestone and flinty clay soils, notably in the small town of Chissay-en-Touraine and Saint-Julien-de-Chédon. This cuvée comes from estate-grown grapes, complemented by 30% purchased grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand, direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, then ageing on lees until bottling in February 2025.
