100% Cabernet Franc from vines farmed organically, planted in 1999 on a 0,25 ha parcel, on deep gravel, the parcel is situated on the old bed of the Vienne, clay-sandy soils. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, natural settling by gravity for 24 hours, indigenous yeasts, about 5 weeks of fermentation in stainless steel vats, 4 months of aging on fine lees. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
