100% Grolleau from young organically farmed vines, a cuvée produced from purchased grapes sourced from growers who share the same values. We cannot tell you exactly where, as the wine is only labelled Vin de France, but given the grape variety you will certainly guess…! Hand-harvested in perforated crates. Natural vinification: vatting by gravity (as mort of the work done in the winery), foot-treading but with very little extraction, gentle pressing, ageing in vats, and bottling with only a micro-dose of sulphur.
