100% Cabernet Franc from very old vines, 75 to 140 years old, farmed organically and planted on 0.16 ha of deep gravel soils on the lieu-dit Les Grezeaux. Hand-harvested in ventilated crates. Only a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling. 800 bottles produced.
