A 100% Cabernet Franc, from 130 year old vines grown on a gravel terroir (from a former riverbed of the Vienne – gravelly/sandy), on mounds with a limestone foundation. Farmed organically, and certified AB and Ecocert. Manual harvesting, with yields of around 25 hl/ha.
