Domaine de L'R

A 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée, from 50-to-65-year-old vines grown on a gravel terroir (from a former riverbed of the Vienne – gravelly/sandy), on mounds with a limestone foundation, and from a parcel on sandy soils. Farmed organically, and certified AB and Ecocert. Manual harvesting, with yields of around 35 hl/ha. Traditional vinification in cement vats, vinification by gravity, maturation on fine less for 8 months. Just a micro dose of sulphur at bottling.
