100% Cerceal Branco from vines aged around 30 years, grown organically and planted on a single plot at an altitude of 500 meters on granite soils, facing east, located in the village of Pinhanços. The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and crushed on arrival at the cellar, 6 hours of maceration of the berries before pressing, then blending of free-run juice and press juice. Fermented in stainless steel vats, aged in French oak barrels, without new oak, for 4 months.
