A blended cuvée: 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache Noir, from vines farmed organically and planted on clay-limestone soils. Natural vinification without additives: short mecaration, no carbonic for this vintage, with a low temperature fermentation: 16°C. This is Calek's interpretation of a primeur wine, since it was bottled on the 28th of October 2021. Unfiltered, unfined, and zero added sulphur.

Andréa Calek was trained by the Rohel brothers in the Rhône and by Dominique Hauvette in Baux de Provence. Our globetrotting Czech then laid down his hat in Alba-la-Romaine, 10 km East of Montélimar, in the heart of the Ardèche, where he created his own estate in 2007.
