A cuvée made from grapes bought in the valley of Ibie, 100% Syrah from 24-year-old vines conducted organically and planted in the town of Villeneuve de Berg, on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvesting, vinification in Cornas. Complete destemming, pump-over the first week and daily punch-down the second week, two weeks of fermentation, aging for 9 months in concrete tanks and “flextank”. Lightly filtered, bottled with a micro dose of sulphur.
