A cuvée made of 100% Viognier for this vintage, from vines grown organically. All of Andréa’s parcels are planted on clay-limestone soils. Blonde is the fruit of vinification by direct pressing, fermentation thanks indigenous yeasts, and 7 months of maturation in vats. The wine is neither fined nor filtered. ZERO added sulphur. Bottled at the estate on the 28th of March 2022.

Andréa Calek was trained by the Rohel brothers in the Rhône and by Dominique Hauvette in Baux de Provence. Our globetrotting Czech then laid down his hat in Alba-la-Romaine, 10 km East of Montélimar, in the heart of the Ardèche, where he created his own estate in 2007.
