A blend of several grape varieties from several parcels: 40% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, 10% Carignan and 10% Counoise. The vines are between 40 and 70 years old, and are planted on terroirs with a gravelly surface and Miocene epoch subsoil. The yields are around 30 hl/ha. Maturation: in 24-hl barrels for the Grenache and the Syrah, in cement vats for the Carignan and the Mourvèdre. Limited use of sulphur.
