A blend of 59% Grenache, 18% Carignan, 9% Syrah, 5% Couston, and 9% Cinsault, Aramon and Aubun from 50+ year-old vines co-planted in the same parcel. Harvested by hand over several days, the juice is blended right after fermentation. Neither fined nor filtered, and bottled with a sensible dose of sulphites.
