100% Syrah from old vines planted on a 0.5-hectare plot on the Coteau de Rozier, which has schist soils. The grapes were harvested by hand. In the cellar, half of the harvest is destememd and half is kept in whole bunches. Maceration lasts 25 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (28 to 32°C), punched down twice daily and pumped over several times. After pressing, the wine is aged for 20 months in barrels, with 30% new oak. Bottled at the estate.
