Produced from vines at top of the Côte Brune on a terraced terroir composed of mica schist. Jean Michel is a purist, with no chemicals used in the vineyard or the winery, which means zero sulphur, indigenous yeasts, etc... A blended cuvée of 92% Syrah and 8% Viognier. Yield: 20 hl/ha. Vinification: carbonic maceration and 12 months maturation in barrels, with no sulphur and no filtration.
