A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from vines planted on clay-limestone soils with pebbles, and cultivated using the method perfected by the Virets: cosmoculture. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally. Long, gentle, soft maceration for one year (!), gentle pressing, long aging in the same 2100-liter amphorae. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and without any addition of sulfites. Matured in bottles in the estate cellars for two years.
