A Crozes-Hermitage cuvée, from Matthieu’s négoce business. A 100% Syrah cuvée, certified organic by Ecocert, from the terroir of Beaumont Monteux located East of the "Les Chassis" vineyard site. 50% of the Syrah grapes are destemmed, the other half goes through a carbonic maceration, they fermented in cement vats with indigenous yeasts, pumping over of the must, racking and 10 months of maturation in vats. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the Estate with 2 g/hl of sulfur.

Matthieu Barret has been making wine at Domaine du Coulet since 1998.
