For the 2021 vintage, Kiffe Kiffe is a Blanc de noirs, which means a white wine made pressing red grape varieties that haven’t macerated on their skins. From vines grown organically and harvested manually. Natural vinification: direct pressing of Grenache Noir, Lolita adds just a bit of directly pressed Picpoul to the Grenache Noir juice, then ages this blend in vats, on the lees. Bottled at the end of April 2022 without fining or filtration. Zero sulfites added.
Lolita Sene
Lolita Sene, child of the 1987 vintage, began her career at the age of 21 in Paris as the artistic director of a nightclub. She then left the nightlife behind to work for three years at a wine shop, before returning to school to study agronomy. Next, she wrote for the travel guide Le Petit Futé, traveling to Canada and the United States. Settling in Vancouver, she began working as a sommelier....
