A blend of 60% Viognier and 40% Clairette from 30-year-old vines farmed biodynamically and planted on siliceous sandstone. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, with controlled yields: 40 hl/hectare. Vinification: direct pressing, transfer into barrels that have seen several wines for fermentation, followed by six months of maturation, with no racking. Bottled after Easter 2022, with zero added sulphur.
