Rhône Valley
A dark hued juice, with complex notes of blackberries, cherry, raspberry and spices... Palate: deep, beautiful, fruity tannins, a harmonious marriage between power and freshness… with a spicy finish. Decanting is recommended in its youth.
A blended cuvée of 85% Grenache Noir and 15% Carignan, from century-old vines farmed biodynamically. Vinifications are separated by grape variety: for the Carignan, fermentation of whole bunches for one week; for the Grenache, long maceration of the destemmed grapes, and all this without sulphur. Maturation for 10 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled with a very light dose of sulphites.
