Rhône Valley
First vintage for this cuvée with notes of strawberry and linden flowers. Fruity on the palate, with supple tannins and a tangy finish. Cinsault is all too rarely found as a single grape variety, but it's a real star when given the opportunity to shine!
100% Cinsault from organically farmed vines planted on the Vestides terroir in Tavel, where the soil is made up of lauzes (flat, very calcareous stones). Harvested by hand and vinified naturally: whole clusters fermentation, semi-carbonic maceration for about ten days, gentle pressing, matured for 9 months in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
