Minha Terra - 2021 - Bernard Duseigneur
A nose with notes of blackberry, dried fig and violet candy. A round and fleshy palate, at once fresh and dense, with a long finish. An undeniable success for Duseigneur.

100% Syrah from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils in Saint Victor Lacoste. The grapes are picked by hand, with tightly controlled yields: around 30 hecto/ha. Natural vinification without any additives: semi-carbonic maceration of whole grape bunches for a week, saignée (bleeding off part of the juice to concentrate the wine), gentle pressing to preserve the fruit, blending of free-run and press juices. Matured in stainless steel vats. Bottled without fining or filtration. No added sulphites.
